| Youth Groups: there
is a Youth Group for children 7 and upwards who meet at organised times for various
activities by the Junior Church teachers.
Activity
days
for children - held in school holidays. These are organised by the
Junior Church teachers and advertised in Junior Church, local schools and the
neighbourhood.
Developing Discipleship: a series of
studies for everyone and groups meet on various days and times to suite, one series of
meeting each year. Organiser Les Fry Tel 0117 924 1063.
The Elders usually meet on the first
Wednesday of each month.
Church Meetings
are held every other month. March, June and November meetings are held after
a Sunday morning service. Weekday evening meetings are held in May,
July and September.
First Thursday
- a meeting at the church at 2.30 PM on the First Thursday of
every month at which all church members, or those outside, are
welcome. It is a chance to chat over a cup of tea and get to know
each other.
A varied
programme has included a quiz about the contents of ladies handbags,
exploring the secret lives of two of our members, a Beetle Drive and
jogging our memories. Future planned events include Christmas
carols and humorous readings, a New Year party, a theatre visit and
a topical discussion.

Toddlers (and parents and carers) meet
every Thursday at 10.00 am in the Conference Room of the Church.
Traidcraft stall: this is available
after morning service each Sunday to buy fairly traded goods from the Third World.
Bookstall: this is available after
the service on Sundays in the front vestibule.
Taped Services: every morning service is
recorded and cassettes are available for housebound members and friends.
Church flowers:
church flowers are
distributed after morning service to all those who are ill, in hospital or
celebrating. Contributions to the flower fund or payment for a week`s
flowers are welcome.
