Cell Church
An important facet of our church life is our cell groups.
These are informal discussion and worship groups that meet
weekly to reflect upon the week’s bible readings and explore
what it means to be God’s people. Cells meet on Monday,
Tuesday and Saturday.
Parade Services
Periodically our uniformed organisations parade during
morning worship.
Baptisms, weddings, funerals
The church is committed to serving the community in which it
is set. If you would like us to help you mark a significant
occasion in your life— a wedding, a thanksgiving for the
birth of a baby, a baptism, a funeral, etc. — please contact
the minister.
United Services
Ecumenical services between local churches are held at
various points in the year. These include Tyndale Baptist
Church, Victoria Methodist Church and Redland Park United
Reformed Church.
Pastoral Visiting
Elders and members help the Minister in the pastoral care of
the church family, helped by the Pastoral Committee.
During worship we use songs and hymns from Rejoice and Sing
and Mission Praise as well as material from the Iona
community; copies of the Good News Bible are kept in the
pews.
